Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible and we will do everything possible to fulfill your needs. Any appointment scheduled over 1 hr requires 24 hr cancellation notice and is subject to fee.

Prices vary as a result of our professionals achievements. The four levels consist of New Talent, Designer, Artistic Designer and Artistic Director. While prices vary accordingly, every Elements specialist is constantly improving through on-going education. Whatever level you seek, you’ll enjoy superior service with a touch to make your day.

To better serve clients on our cancellation list, we request 24 hours advance notice when canceling appointments. Missed appointments and appointments held by deposit or credit card are subject to charge.

If you are receiving a special-occasion hair, wax or cosmetic service, remember to wear a button-up blouse to make changing clothes easier.
